At Bella Flori Flower Coffee Shop, fresh flowers, custom floral arrangements, food products, coffee, and other perishable items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the quality standards promised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and food products, returns are not accepted after delivery. Food and beverage items cannot be returned or exchanged for food safety reasons.

Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Please note that flower varieties may occasionally be substituted due to seasonal availability while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement.

Bella Flori is not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
