Fresh flowers, custom floral arrangements, and perishable products are non-refundable and non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos for review. Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
